Description:

We’re looking for a Hairdresser who sees hair as a form of self-expression — someone who’s passionate about creating looks that reflect each client’s personality, mood, and moment. You’ll provide personalized haircuts, coloring, and styling services tailored to the client’s goals and comfort level. You’ll consult with clients before every service to understand their goals and offer expert guidance on shape, tone, and maintenance. You’ll stay on top of style trends — from precision bobs to creative color melts — and confidently adapt them to individual needs. You’ll use professional-grade tools and products to ensure every service meets salon quality standards. You’ll maintain a clean, polished station and follow all salon hygiene protocols with consistency. You’ll recommend at-home care routines and retail products that help clients maintain their style between visits. You’ll take before-and-after photos (with permission) and help us showcase the great work you do on social media or in-salon displays. You’ll manage your own schedule or work with reception to ensure smooth daily flow and minimal client wait times.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and tools in line with hygiene and salon standards.
• Respect client preferences while gently guiding them when a style may not work as imagined.
• Build lasting client relationships through good conversation, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Keep track of color formulas and client history for future visits.
• Support bridal, event, or photoshoot styling, including updos and extensions.

Preferred:

• Enjoys helping people feel confident and look their best through personalized styling.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Stylist, Salon Manager, or Educator.
• Follows hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, stations, and client comfort.
• Knows how to safely apply chemical treatments like perms, relaxers, or keratin services.
• Experienced in working with all genders and age groups in a salon, spa, or freelance setting.
