We’re looking for a trainee eager to explore the intersection of psychology, coaching, and personal development — no degrees needed, just empathy, curiosity, and a growth mindset. You’ll assist in supporting client journeys by helping to prepare reflective prompts, self-assessment tools, and session summaries. We’ll teach you how to listen not just to words, but to patterns, pauses, and what’s left unsaid. You’ll help organize resources on stress management, goal-setting, motivation, and emotional regulation. Expect to learn the basics of cognitive-behavioral frameworks, habit building, and mindset coaching. You’ll learn to spot cognitive distortions, defense mechanisms, and patterns that keep people stuck. We’ll show you how to track client progress, document breakthroughs, and recognize subtle behavioral patterns. You’ll observe how professionals balance theory with compassion in live or simulated coaching sessions. We’ll teach you how to set boundaries, practice non-judgmental communication, and build trust in a coaching environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track your own growth as a coach—self-awareness is part of the job.
• Prepare tailored content, slides, or exercises ahead of sessions.
• Know when to push, when to pause, and when to just listen in silence.
• Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to help individuals overcome mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Track progress over time and adjust methods based on client feedback and results.

Preferred:

• Enjoys helping others unlock their strengths, overcome blocks, and pursue meaningful goals.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops, webinars, or retreats in personal development topics.
• Values growth, empathy, clarity, and transformation in human potential work.

• Can tailor sessions to individual needs—career growth, stress management, confidence building, or relationship improvement.
