Description:

We’re hiring Mobile Phlebotomist Trainees — no experience needed, just a careful approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized on the go. You’ll learn how to perform blood draws in non-clinical environments like patient homes, workplaces, and care facilities. We’ll teach you everything step by step: how to pack your kit, transport samples safely, and set up your space with professionalism wherever you are. Each visit will be different — different people, lighting, room setups, and comfort levels — and we’ll show you how to adapt calmly and confidently. You’ll learn to collect samples accurately, label them properly, and maintain a strict chain of custody from draw to drop-off. You’ll be taught how to set up collection bags, label samples, and follow strict tracking and storage protocols. Every blood sample you collect contributes directly to diagnosing, treating, and protecting someone’s health. You’ll become comfortable working with nurses, pediatricians, and parents as part of a care team focused on comfort and accuracy. You’ll also learn to handle difficult veins, time-sensitive collections, and how to work efficiently during busy shifts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Be punctual and organized—your role often sets the tone for a patient's lab visit.
  • Take pride in your role—small vials, big impact on someone’s health.
  • Use electronic health records (EHR) systems to update patient info and order statuses.
  • Work closely with nurses, lab techs, and doctors to support diagnostics.
  • Greet patients with kindness and ease their anxiety about the procedure.

Preferred:

  • Able to identify suitable veins, prepare collection equipment, and follow proper site sanitation procedures.
  • Able to calm anxious patients and explain procedures in a reassuring, professional manner.
  • Knows how to handle fainting, nausea, or adverse reactions during collection.
  • Comfortable working with difficult draws, small veins, pediatric or elderly patients.
  • Background or interest in healthcare, clinical labs, or diagnostic services.

Benefits:

  • Predictable schedules — no surprise night shifts or chaotic on-call rotations.
  • If you’re calm under pressure, love helping people, and have a steady hand — you’ll fit right in.
  • We celebrate good sticks, good attitudes, and good humans.
  • Every day you make a difference — one vial, one patient, one smile at a time.
  • Opportunities to grow — from lead phlebotomist to lab coordinator or trainer.

Each day you’ll log miles, handle samples, manage appointments, and represent the face of the lab with every patient interaction. You’ll grow fast — learning how to problem-solve, handle pressure, and take pride in doing essential work that’s often unseen. Some nights will be peaceful, others intense — but you’ll learn how to handle both with grace and growing confidence. You’ll gain experience in pediatric communication, trauma-informed care, and building rapport in just a few moments. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work with people, grow a medical skill set, and contribute to something bigger than themselves. This isn’t just technical work — it’s human work, and how you treat people matters just as much as how well you draw. You’ll leave every shift knowing you contributed to someone’s care in a quiet but essential way. If you’re ready to build a hands-on healthcare skill while serving patients where they are — we’re ready to show you how. If you’re ready to turn compassion into action and learn a hands-on role that truly saves lives — we’re ready to welcome you.
