Description:

We’re offering a trainee position for someone deeply interested in psychology, coaching, and human development — no prior experience required, just a sincere desire to help people grow. You’ll assist in preparing coaching materials, emotional health check-ins, and mindset-building exercises for real clients. We’ll teach you how to observe with care, listen actively, and ask questions that help people find their own answers. You’ll join workshops on topics like imposter syndrome, identity, values, and self-sabotage — and help facilitate meaningful dialogue. Expect to participate in planning group workshops, journaling challenges, or guided reflection exercises. You’ll participate in mock sessions, help prepare reflection exercises, and study how people respond to different coaching styles. You’ll explore emotional regulation strategies, reframing techniques, and core coaching methodologies. You’ll observe how professionals balance theory with compassion in live or simulated coaching sessions. We’ll help you stay emotionally grounded while being present for others’ stories, struggles, and wins.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use assessments, self-evaluations, or feedback forms to measure impact.
• Recognize signs of deeper psychological issues and refer clients to licensed specialists when needed.
• Track progress over time and adjust methods based on client feedback and results.
• Break down complex psychological concepts into relatable, everyday language.
• Create personalized growth plans based on the client’s goals, struggles, and strengths.

Preferred:

• Willing to hold clients accountable for their own goals while remaining supportive and flexible.
• Values growth, empathy, clarity, and transformation in human potential work.
• Understands the boundaries of coaching vs. therapy and refers clients to specialists when needed.
• Familiar with tools like CBT, mindfulness, goal setting, journaling, or strengths-based coaching.
• Can tailor sessions to individual needs—career growth, stress management, confidence building, or relationship improvement.
