We’re on the lookout for a remote Etsy Shop Manager who understands the blend of creativity, commerce, and customer care that drives success on the platform. You’ll be responsible for everything from product listings to customer service, ensuring the shop looks sharp and runs smoothly. You know how to write listings that not only describe the product but sell the story behind it. You understand how Etsy’s algorithm works and aren’t afraid to test and tweak until things click. You’ll coordinate product launches, manage inventory, and monitor orders from start to finish. You’ll optimize product listings using Etsy SEO best practices and track performance through the platform’s analytics. You’ll be our first line of communication with customers — solving problems, answering questions, and building loyalty. You’ll assist with photo uploads, promotional strategies, and keeping our shop looking fresh and aligned with seasonal trends. This role requires someone who can take initiative, notice small issues before they become big problems, and communicate clearly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain a tidy digital workspace with clean file storage, templates, and product assets ready to duplicate or adapt.
• Keep an eye on inventory or file delivery issues and fix anything before it impacts customer experience.
• Write or update FAQs, store policies, and message templates for consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain shop reviews and ratings—follow up with happy buyers and address negative feedback constructively.
• Create promotional content or collaborate with designers for thumbnails, banners, and social media assets.

Preferred:

• Has experience tracking analytics like visits, conversion rate, and revenue trends.
• Enjoys working independently and making data-driven decisions to grow the shop.
• Can handle order management, shipping updates, and customer communication professionally.
• Knows how to respond to customer messages with clarity, kindness, and efficiency.
• Comfortable using Etsy’s dashboard and seller tools for tracking performance and inventory.
