Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized E-commerce Assistant to support our online store’s daily operations and growth. You’ll be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring all details such as pricing, images, and descriptions are up to date. You’ll assist with processing orders, coordinating shipments, and handling any customer inquiries related to deliveries or product issues. You’ll assist with inventory management, tracking stock levels, and ensuring products are available for customers. You’ll assist with managing product categories, optimizing product pages for search engines, and maintaining a clean online storefront. You’ll assist with handling customer inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving any issues related to their purchases. You’ll help with processing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive online reputation. You’ll maintain a clean and organized online store, ensuring that products are easy to find and navigate for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help create promotional banners, product graphics, or basic visual content using tools like Canva or Figma.
• Communicate effectively with remote teams—updating status, asking questions, and reporting blockers clearly.
• Contribute ideas to improve store layout, product presentation, or user experience.
• Stay informed about platform updates, policy changes, or algorithm shifts that may impact store visibility or operations.
• Assist with adding, updating, and managing product listings across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Etsy.

Preferred:

• Experience working with Canva or Photoshop to create or edit product visuals is a plus.
• Capable of working remotely and communicating clearly with team members and vendors.
• Experience with uploading product images, writing descriptions, and setting prices accurately.
• Can follow brand voice and tone when writing or updating product text.
• Able to identify issues like broken links, image errors, or pricing mistakes and take action.

You’ll help with managing product reviews, ensuring customer feedback is responded to in a timely and professional manner. You’ll assist in managing the website, ensuring content is updated, product information is accurate, and promotional banners are current. You’ll collaborate with the logistics team to ensure products are shipped and delivered on time, meeting customer expectations. You’ll work with the logistics team to ensure that all shipments are processed efficiently and orders are fulfilled on time. You’ll track customer feedback and review product ratings, working to address any issues and improve the customer experience. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide insights and ensure the website aligns with broader company goals.
