Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force making sure products, schedules, and shipments all line up perfectly. You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring the right products are in stock and available for shipment when needed. From warehouses to delivery routes, you’ll know what’s going where and when. You’ll assist in managing shipping schedules, working with third-party providers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled within the agreed timeframe. You’ll help maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and invoices. You’ll review logistics costs and suggest improvements, looking for ways to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. You’ll ensure that all deliveries meet safety standards and comply with regulations, making sure no delays or penalties occur. You bring clarity to chaos and create systems that others can rely on.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt to unexpected situations calmly—logistics involves moving targets, and flexibility is essential.
• Track shipments using logistics platforms and provide real-time updates or reports to stakeholders and customers.
• Work with freight forwarders, courier services, or 3PL providers to compare rates, arrange transportation, and manage logistics costs.
• Support emergency or rush orders by coordinating fast-track delivery solutions or alternative routing.
• Ensure that all logistics operations comply with safety standards, legal requirements, and company policies.

Preferred:

• Understands the basics of supply chain processes including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Thrives in deadline-driven, remote-friendly work environments that reward precision and coordination.
• Background or interest in logistics, supply chain, operations, or business support.
• Comfortable handling shipping paperwork such as invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, or inventory across vendors or locations.

You’ll help troubleshoot and resolve any shipping issues, including delays, damages, or missing items, in coordination with vendors. You know how to follow procedures, but you’re also not afraid to suggest a smarter way. You’ll assist in negotiating contracts with logistics providers, looking for cost-effective solutions to improve service and reduce expenses. You’ll monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, such as on-time delivery rates and cost per shipment. Strong written and verbal communication is essential — you’ll be the bridge between our internal and external teams.
