Description:

We’re hiring a Factory Operator to join our 24/7 production facility — perfect for someone who’s reliable, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a rotating shift environment. You’ll oversee computerized equipment from setup to shutdown, ensuring every stage runs smoothly and according to specification. You’ll monitor gauges, sensors, and displays to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and within safety limits. You’ll be responsible for starting, stopping, and cleaning machines during product changes or shift transitions. You’ll perform regular quality checks — inspecting products for defects, alignment, and labeling accuracy. You’ll help clean and sanitize machines and surfaces between product runs to meet food safety standards. You’ll inspect finished parts for surface quality, structural integrity, and adherence to specifications. You’ll help detect mechanical issues early by listening for irregular sounds, monitoring screen alerts, or noticing workflow disruptions. You’ll coordinate with maintenance staff to report mechanical issues and assist in minor troubleshooting or resets.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work on repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and consistency throughout long shifts.
• Report accidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions immediately for corrective action.
• Be flexible with rotating shifts, overtime, or weekend work during peak production periods.
• Package, label, or stack finished goods for storage or shipping as instructed.
• Conduct visual inspections of products for defects, damage, or irregularities before approval.

Preferred:

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks for long periods with consistency and attention to detail.
• Pays attention to machine performance, part alignment, and timing to avoid jams or defects.
• Able to work in shifts including nights, weekends, or rotating schedules depending on production demands.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, assembly line, or industrial production environment.
• Familiar with operating, monitoring, and adjusting machinery to maintain consistent production output.

You’ll receive regular feedback and performance check-ins to support long-term growth and shift consistency. You’ll work closely with shift leads and quality control teams to meet output targets and reduce material waste. You’ll assist with allergen management by following changeover procedures and ingredient separation rules. You’ll participate in daily briefings, safety reviews, and ongoing operator training sessions. You’ll work as part of a disciplined team where timing, accuracy, and communication are essential. You’ll participate in safety briefings, quality audits, and ongoing cross-training across machines and departments. Prior experience in factory operations is preferred, along with comfort using touchscreens, control panels, or simple diagnostic tools.
