Description:

We’re looking for a Gynecologist who provides thoughtful, evidence-based care and builds lasting relationships with patients — someone who combines clinical expertise with sincere attention to each individual’s story. You’ll perform routine checkups, preventive screenings, and diagnostic evaluations with both thoroughness and empathy. You’ll consult on conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, pelvic pain, and menstrual irregularities with clarity and professionalism. You’ll help patients feel in control of their decisions by providing clear explanations and nonjudgmental guidance. You’ll counsel patients on menstrual health, hormonal changes, and safe family planning choices based on their needs and preferences. You’ll create a safe, calm environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and making informed decisions. You’ll follow patients over time, providing continuity of care that builds trust and improves outcomes. You’ll build ongoing relationships with patients, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout many phases of their lives. You’ll educate patients about lifestyle factors, risk prevention, and proactive health choices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Perform ultrasounds and interpret test results to guide accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently without letting tech interrupt patient connection.
• Be the trusted expert patients rely on during some of their most vulnerable moments.
• Support patients through childbirth, postpartum recovery, and long-term reproductive planning.
• Maintain a calm, nonjudgmental bedside manner when discussing personal or culturally sensitive topics.

Preferred:

• Enjoys guiding women through key life stages including puberty, pregnancy, and menopause.
• Open to continuing medical education, conferences, and staying current with new research and clinical guidelines.
• Capable of working in both private practice and hospital systems depending on patient care demands.
• Values precision, compassion, and trust-building in every patient relationship.
• Skilled in conducting ultrasounds, prenatal screenings, and interpreting lab test results.
