Description:

We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager with proven leadership, operational discipline, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll run the floor like a pro, keeping people focused, inventory accurate, and orders flying out on time. You’ll enforce company protocols, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and lead by example in all areas of execution. You’ll monitor productivity, enforce safety, and keep deadlines from becoming suggestions. You’ll manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage like a logistics quarterback. You’ll conduct regular audits to verify stock integrity, equipment readiness, and process consistency. You’ll ensure safety protocols are more than posters — they’re part of the team’s daily rhythm. You’ll oversee all inbound and outbound activity, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met. You’ll collaborate with procurement, transportation, and sales to keep communication seamless.

Basic Qualifications:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor belts, and other warehouse machinery.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify trends or gaps.
• Create SOPs and training materials to onboard new hires and support cross-training within the warehouse team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, or cost savings within warehouse operations.
• Prepare staffing plans for seasonal peaks, large orders, or product launches—balancing labor cost and workload effectively.

Preferred:

• Thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
• Background or interest in supply chain, operations management, or logistics.
• Able to handle returns, damaged goods, and restocking procedures efficiently.
• Comfortable implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA or local regulations.
• Values leadership, precision, and accountability in warehouse performance.
