Description:

We’re looking for a Pharmacist who understands that every pill, every dose, and every conversation can make a real difference. You’ll be the one patients trust when they feel overwhelmed by prescriptions, diagnoses, or side effects. You’ll review prescriptions for accuracy, check for interactions, and catch the details others might miss. You’ll counsel patients with clarity, helping them understand their treatments and how to take them safely. You’ll be the one they come back to with questions because they remember how easy you made it the first time. You’ll manage inventory like a pro, ensuring no shelf runs empty and no medication expires unnoticed. You’ll be part of a healthcare team that relies on your insight, your experience, and your clinical integrity. You’re the type to double-check a pediatric dose and call a doctor if something feels off — and we love you for it. You’ll manage controlled substances with discipline and documentation that would make any auditor proud.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients while verifying dosages, interactions, and contraindications based on medical history and current treatments.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and secure work environment—adhering to infection control and safety policies.
  • Stay compliant with licensing requirements and continuing education to maintain credentials and professional knowledge.
  • Administer vaccinations, such as flu or COVID-19, in accordance with licensing and state-level authorization where applicable.
  • Assist in training pharmacy technicians and overseeing their work to ensure accurate preparation, labeling, and packaging of medications.

Preferred:

  • Knowledgeable about insurance processes, billing codes, and prior authorizations.
  • Thrives in detail-focused, ethical, and team-driven healthcare settings.
  • Licensed pharmacist with up-to-date credentials and knowledge of national pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Able to collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions or recommend alternatives.
  • Can manage high-volume prescription environments without sacrificing care quality.

Benefits:

  • You’ll be part of a team that values empathy, accuracy, and trust — in medicine and in each other.
  • Daily rituals include team huddles, patient check-ins, and the occasional heartfelt thank-you from someone you helped.
  • And yes, you’ll be the one people come back to — because they trust you.
  • We maintain a safe, respectful workplace — breaks are real, boundaries are honored, and your time is protected.
  • Opportunities to grow into pharmacy manager, clinical pharmacist, or educator roles.

You’ll be the voice that turns “I have no idea what this is” into “okay, I got this now. You’ll support technicians, welcome interns, and create a space where everyone grows professionally. You’ll juggle patients, doctors, insurers, and your team — and somehow still keep your sense of humor. You’ll document accurately, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing things right the first time. You’ll bring order to busy days, compassion to tough conversations, and accuracy to every single label. You’re not afraid of busy days, tough questions, or unexpected curveballs. You’ll never forget that for the patient in front of you, this visit might be the most important moment of their week. You’ll be part of something bigger — a system that depends on people like you to keep it safe and human. If you believe that a great pharmacist is part clinician, part counselor, and part quiet hero — we want you on our team.
