Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Clerk Trainee who’s ready to learn how to keep a busy warehouse organized, efficient, and running smoothly from the inside out. You’ll start by getting familiar with safety protocols, protective gear, and how to work efficiently in cold or freezing temperatures. You’ll learn how to scan items into inventory, update records, and make sure products are stored in the right place. You’ll assist in carefully packing products with protective materials and making sure each box is labeled correctly for shipping. You’ll be trained to follow clear routines — organizing bins, labeling shelves, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly. You’ll work with fewer distractions, focusing on task flow, accuracy, and keeping your zone efficient and tidy. You’ll learn how to handle fragile, oversized, or bundled orders with the appropriate packaging method. You’ll be part of regular cycle counts, learning how inventory is tracked and discrepancies are resolved. You’ll assist in cleaning and sanitizing storage units and workstations to meet food-grade hygiene standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prepare shipping documents, barcodes, and tracking labels accurately for outgoing shipments.
• Follow shift schedules, clock in/out properly, and be punctual and dependable.
• Assist in cycle counts, audits, and other warehouse reporting activities as assigned.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, scanners, or handheld inventory tools.
• Use inventory management systems to log incoming/outgoing goods and update stock levels.

Preferred:

• Able to restock shelves, count inventory, and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners, barcode systems, or warehouse management software (WMS).
• Able to support returns processing, damaged goods logging, or inventory reconciliation efforts.
• Capable of picking, packing, and staging orders based on packing slips or digital instructions.
• Wants to grow into roles like Inventory Coordinator, Shipping Supervisor, or Warehouse Lead.

You’ll help track packaging supply levels like tape, boxes, and labels — and restock them when running low. You’ll get used to dressing in layers, working in short rotations, and taking warming breaks as needed to stay safe and sharp. You’ll rotate between indoor storage zones and airfield-side ramps, learning how cargo flows from plane to shelf and back again. You’ll learn what paperwork needs to be completed during inbound and outbound processes and how to file it properly. You’ll receive hands-on training and feedback to help you grow into a trusted part of the fulfillment crew.
