Description:
We’re hiring a driven and results-oriented Remote Recruiter to help us build a high-performing team by attracting top talent. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top candidates. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, helping to create job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. You’ll manage relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience from initial contact to offer acceptance. You’ll ensure that all hiring activities are aligned with the company’s values, culture, and growth objectives. You’ll maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track key performance indicators, such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.
Basic Qualifications:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and culture fit for each position.
- Partner with DEI initiatives by sourcing diverse candidates and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
- Track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, candidate response rate, and pipeline health to improve recruiting strategy.
- Ultimately, help great people find their place in great teams—no matter where they are in the world.
- Assist with reference checks, offer letters, and pre-boarding communication to ensure a confident and professional handoff.
Preferred:
- Can handle high-volume recruitment and prioritize based on urgency and business goals.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
- Comfortable writing compelling job descriptions and posting them across various channels.
- Background or interest in HR, talent acquisition, psychology, or business.
- Pays attention to candidate experience, from outreach to rejection messages.
