Description:

We’re hiring a Truck Driver Trainee — no prior freight experience needed, just a valid license, a responsible attitude, and the desire to build a real career behind the wheel. You’ll learn what it takes to drive across regions and clock hundreds of kilometers per day without compromising safety or focus. We know starting over isn’t easy, so we’ve built a program that trains from the ground up: how to inspect a truck, plan a route, and deliver with pride. You’ll perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report issues, and keep your rig in road-ready condition. You’ll follow all traffic laws, weight limits, and safety protocols — no shortcuts, no exceptions. You’ll work alongside senior drivers, joining real routes, watching how things are done, and getting your hands on the process without pressure. You’ll be taught how to talk with dispatch, stay organized, and solve problems calmly when schedules or weather don’t go your way. You’ll be trained in safety protocols, weight limits, road signs, and how to navigate industrial areas with confidence, not fear. You’ll get experience with both highway and rural roads, wide loads and tight docks, quiet stretches and border crossings.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver goods with a high level of customer service—obtaining signatures, verifying paperwork, and providing clear communication at drop-off points.
• Stay current on CDL endorsements, medical exams, and regulatory requirements to maintain legal driving status.
• Handle loading dock operations, liftgate use, pallet jacks, and tie-down equipment depending on delivery environment.
• Demonstrate safe driving behavior in all conditions—night, rain, snow, urban, or rural.
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance such as refueling, adding fluids, or changing lights; report larger issues for repair.

Preferred:

• Comfortable driving in varying weather, road, and traffic conditions.
• Able to communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and clients in a professional manner.
• Able to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Comfortable working independently, following schedules, and adapting to changes on the road.
• Respects safety rules, traffic laws, and loading dock protocols at all times.
