Description:

We’re offering a trainee position for someone deeply interested in psychology, coaching, and human development — no prior experience required, just a sincere desire to help people grow. You’ll work alongside certified professionals to assist in creating personalized coaching plans, goal-mapping tools, and reflection-based tasks. We’ll teach you how to listen not just to words, but to patterns, pauses, and what’s left unsaid. You’ll observe one-on-one sessions and group trainings to understand how theory becomes practice. Expect to participate in planning group workshops, journaling challenges, or guided reflection exercises. You’ll take notes during live sessions, track progress, and observe different coaching styles and techniques. You’ll help research and summarize strategies from CBT, positive psychology, and motivational interviewing. You’ll observe how professionals balance theory with compassion in live or simulated coaching sessions. You’ll participate in case studies, roleplays, and feedback sessions to sharpen your empathy and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:
