Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee — no professional experience required, just a passion for visual storytelling and a drive to learn by doing. You’ll assist in planning and shooting real-world content — product photos, brand reels, behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, and lifestyle visuals. We’ll teach you how to frame shots quickly, shoot in changing light, and capture authentic details that bring locations to life. Expect to help on-location and in-studio: adjusting tripods, setting up lights, directing talent, and capturing a mix of posed and candid moments. You’ll gain experience using tools like DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, reflectors, audio gear, and natural light to get great results. We’ll show you how to film emotional beats, joyful chaos, and still make everything feel cinematic and personal. We’ll guide you in capturing ambient details, layering space, and creating rhythm in your footage that feels human and poetic. You’ll gain skills in framing wide vs. You’ll assist with organizing footage, tagging clips, syncing audio, and even helping build teaser edits.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance creative vision with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Review content with clients or team members for feedback before finalizing.
• Deliver assets in various formats and resolutions depending on platform (web, print, social).
• Use tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop with confidence.
• Adapt to different environments: indoor studios, outdoor locations, live events, etc.

Preferred:

• Understands client briefs and able to communicate progress or adjustments clearly.
• Capable of basic color correction, audio syncing, transitions, and adding text overlays to video content.
• Pays close attention to visual consistency, sharpness, and storytelling in all media.
• Willing to shoot behind-the-scenes content or short reels for promotional use.
• Familiar with editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
