Description:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who thrives in a remote, async-first team where clear writing, calm structure, and self-discipline matter more than meetings. You might not have agency experience yet, but you’re curious about how brands grow online and ready to get your hands dirty with the details. One hour you’ll be editing Instagram captions, the next — building a Google Sheet of ad stats or rewriting a CTA for a law firm. You’ll sit in on brainstorms, pitch a few ideas, and then help turn them into assets, timelines, and posts that go live. You’ll assist in monitoring analytics — clicks, opens, bounce rates — and learn what they mean (and why they matter). You’ll help organize content calendars and learn the difference between “a post” and “a brand message that converts. You’ll keep calendars clean, folders named, and version control tight — because in the chaos, your structure keeps things moving. You’ll learn tools like MailerLite, Notion, Figma, Google Ads, and maybe even Zapier — don’t worry, we’ll teach you. You’ll sit in on team meetings, take notes, ask questions, and slowly start to contribute ideas of your own.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Help with setting up tracking (e.g., UTM codes, pixel placements) and testing links across platforms.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with brand voice, guidelines, and target audience preferences.
  • Communicate proactively with the marketing team—sharing progress, flagging blockers, and taking initiative where possible.
  • Stay on top of trends in digital marketing, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to suggest fresh ideas.
  • Collect screenshots, analytics, and campaign notes to prepare presentations or recap decks for internal stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Can handle basic editing tasks such as cropping images, resizing graphics, or inserting copy into templates.
  • Comfortable sourcing visuals or coordinating with design teams to complete content assets.
  • Familiar with organizing marketing assets and maintaining a content calendar.
  • Willing to assist with influencer outreach, partnership coordination, or affiliate management.
  • Open to learning how to use ad platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
