We’re looking for a Reception Manager who doesn’t just greet people — you make them feel like they’ve come to the right place. You’ll be the warm, composed, and highly capable presence that anchors the flow of our entire workspace. From greeting clients to coordinating room bookings, your mission is to make every interaction feel effortless and welcoming. You’ll be responsible for shaping first impressions, turning quick greetings into moments of connection. Whether it’s handling high call volumes or managing a busy lobby, you thrive in fast-paced environments. When the unexpected happens — a no-show, a last-minute VIP guest, or a power outage — you’re already on Plan B. When a client is late, a CEO drops in unannounced, or the fire alarm decides to go off — you keep things cool, composed, and moving. You’ll create protocols, improve systems, and train your team to uphold a standard that feels seamless and exceptional. You’ll handle escalations with poise, finding solutions quickly and keeping guests satisfied.
Basic Qualifications:
- Coordinate courier pickups, incoming mail, and package distribution across departments efficiently.
- Track and report on front desk metrics such as wait times, visitor volume, or issue resolution times to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain check-in procedures, visitor logs, and access control systems in accordance with company policy and security standards.
- Help onboard new employees by issuing access credentials, preparing welcome materials, and guiding them through the workspace.
- Monitor phone etiquette, dress code, and professionalism among front desk team members to uphold brand standards.
Preferred:
- Willing to assist in onboarding new hires by preparing welcome materials or office tours.
- Wants to grow into roles like Office Manager, Guest Experience Lead, or Operations Coordinator.
- Can manage front desk supply inventory and reorder materials as needed.
- Understands the importance of first impressions and maintaining a polished, friendly atmosphere.
- Organized and detail-oriented when managing calendars, room bookings, and daily operations.
