Description:

We’re hiring a Construction Worker who isn’t afraid of hard work, early mornings, or getting their hands dirty to build something real. If you’ve never held a hammer, mixed concrete, or read a tape measure — don’t worry, we’ll teach you step by step. You’ll follow instructions, respect safety rules, and work with a team that counts on each other to get the job done right. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced crew leads who will show you how things are really built — not just in theory, but with your hands. You’ll begin with simple tasks: carrying materials, keeping the site clean, measuring, marking, and helping more experienced workers stay on track. You’ll gradually be introduced to hand tools and power tools — always under supervision to ensure you’re learning safely. You’ll understand how to check lines, edges, and joins — and how to stop, ask, and fix something before it’s covered forever. You’ll be part of a crew that values respect over experience — if you listen, try, and care about the work, you’ll earn your place quickly. You’ll be expected to ask questions, take direction, and never pretend to know something when you don’t — that’s how real pros grow.

Basic Qualifications:

• Operate basic tools and equipment including hammers, saws, drills, compactors, and forklifts under proper supervision.
• Perform site clean-up duties such as removing debris, sweeping, disposing of waste, or managing temporary fencing.
• Assist with excavation, pouring foundations, framing, roofing, or paving work depending on the phase of construction.
• Read basic blueprints or diagrams to understand layouts and support accurate construction progress.
• Participate in ongoing training for certifications like OSHA, flagging, or equipment operation if required.

Preferred:

• Can assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, or masons with their daily tasks.
• Understands how to work as part of a team and communicate clearly on a busy site.
• Shows up on time, ready to work, and maintains a reliable work ethic.
• Able to report hazards or damaged tools to supervisors quickly and responsibly.
• Willing to help clean and prepare job sites before and after construction tasks.
