We’re hiring an HR Specialist (Recruiter) Trainee who’s excited to learn how to find, connect with, and support great talent — no prior experience needed, just strong people skills and attention to detail. No experience needed — just strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn how hiring really works. We’ll teach you how to evaluate resumes quickly, spot key qualifications, and identify hidden potential in candidates. You’ll get hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, calendar tools, and recruitment dashboards. You’ll sit in on interviews and learn how to evaluate both hard skills and cultural fit. We’ll show you how to write clear, human-centered outreach emails and communicate with candidates professionally. We’ll guide you in writing outreach messages, follow-ups, and rejections with professionalism and empathy. You’ll assist with hiring metrics like time-to-fill and candidate response rates — and learn how to interpret them. You’ll also help build talent pipelines, learning how to source passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn.

Basic Qualifications:

• Write engaging job ads that attract great people—not just keyword-matching bots.
• Advocate for hiring decisions backed by both data and gut instinct.
• Celebrate every hire—it’s not just a role filled, it’s a team strengthened.
• Support internal mobility by helping current employees explore new roles.
• Keep candidates informed, supported, and engaged throughout the hiring journey.

Preferred:

• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive candidate or employee information.
• Willing to represent the company at job fairs, career events, or virtual recruitment webinars.
• Familiar with ATS platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, or Workable for tracking candidates and job postings.
• Wants to grow into roles like Talent Partner, People Operations Manager, or HR Business Partner.
• Can manage multiple open roles at once, prioritizing by urgency and business needs.
