Description:

We’re hiring a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist to help us build authentic, long-term relationships with content creators and community voices. You’ll be responsible for sourcing influencers who match our niche, vibe, and campaign objectives — from micro to macro. You’ll scout influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond — always with relevance, not just reach, in mind. You’ll send tailored outreach messages that reflect our brand’s tone and respect the creator’s craft. You’ll keep a clear pipeline of contacts, follow-ups, confirmed partnerships, and pending deals. You’ll keep detailed records of outreach status, replies, negotiations, and results for each campaign. You’ll manage outreach campaigns from end to end, keeping track of who’s live, who’s pending, and who’s ghosting. You know how to spot authentic engagement vs. You’ll evaluate influencers not only by follower count, but by authenticity, engagement, and niche alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pull analytics from Shopify, Google Analytics, or Facebook Ads to report on store performance and make informed tweaks.
• Research new products and trends using tools like Oberlo, DSers, or TikTok/Instagram to find winning items for testing.
• Assist with writing compelling, benefit-driven product descriptions that convert, using clear formatting and SEO keywords.
• Continuously look for ways to improve product pages, fulfillment flow, or customer experience.
• Monitor customer inquiries and respond promptly to build trust and reduce refunds or disputes.

Preferred:

• Can monitor orders, track shipments, and update customers about delivery status.
• Understands the importance of fast response time and reliable fulfillment.
• Organized with task tracking, daily checklists, and regular performance reviews.
• Values efficiency, detail, and great customer experience in every order.
• Eager to grow into roles like Store Manager, Product Researcher, or Marketing Assistant.
