Description:

We’re hiring a skilled SEO Specialist to help drive organic growth and improve search engine visibility for our brand. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase website traffic and engagement. You’ll conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis, identifying high-value keywords and opportunities for growth in competitive markets. You’ll work on-site SEO, optimizing content, meta tags, header tags, and internal linking to improve search engine rankings. You’ll assist with off-site SEO, including link building, outreach, and other strategies to boost website authority and backlinks. You’ll analyze SEO performance metrics and use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor progress. You’ll perform technical SEO audits, identifying and addressing issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability. You’ll collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all content creation and campaigns. You’ll stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure strategies remain effective and up to date.

Basic Qualifications:

• Develop and execute link-building strategies through guest posts, outreach, directories, and digital PR efforts.
• Track and prevent indexing issues, crawl errors, or accidental noindex tags that harm visibility.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO trends to ensure strategies stay effective and compliant with Google’s guidelines.
• Test and refine SEO hypotheses through A/B testing of meta elements, content layouts, or keyword targeting approaches.
• Optimize internal linking structures to improve crawlability, time on site, and topic authority.

Preferred:

• Understands how to analyze Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword performance reports.
• Can track and report performance metrics such as CTR, bounce rate, and organic traffic growth.
• Can audit and improve site architecture for both users and search engines.
• Comfortable managing SEO roadmaps and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Can optimize for local SEO, including Google Business Profile and location-specific content.

You’ll manage SEO projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met while delivering high-quality results.
