Description:

We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to support our B2B brand on LinkedIn, email, and long-form content — no experience needed, just sharp thinking and a professional tone of voice. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. We’ll teach you how to balance creativity with strategy, and how to speak in a voice that’s consistent, human, and brand-aligned. You’ll work directly with founders, designers, and even customers to shape how our brand shows up and speaks online. Expect to do a little of everything: social posts, reels, memes, newsletters, product launch content, FAQs, and community replies. You’ll help manage our content calendar, assist in planning campaigns, and organize our assets for reuse across platforms. You’ll help build content calendars, organize drafts, and repurpose blog content into shorter snippets for socials or email series. You’ll see how a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity help grow audience trust and brand awareness. We’ll give you frameworks — not rules — and help you build a feel for pacing, authenticity, and value-first content.

Basic Qualifications:

• Plan and publish engaging content across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Spot what competitors are doing—and find ways to do it better or smarter.
• Bring data to creative meetings and creative thinking to data meetings.
• Prepare reports and slide decks to share wins, learnings, and next steps with the team.
• Coordinate giveaways, collaborations, or influencer features with measurable goals.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, or Digital Marketing Lead.
• Comfortable with content management systems like WordPress, Notion, or Webflow.
• Organized in managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and approval workflows across teams.
• Knows how to perform audience research and adapt messaging for different target segments.
• Values creativity, storytelling, and data-informed decision-making.
