We’re hiring a motivated and resourceful Remote Recruiter to help us attract top-tier talent to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top candidates. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, helping to create job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles. You’ll use a variety of platforms and tools to source qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. You’ll post job openings, evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in making final hiring decisions. You’ll manage candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You’ll track key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, using data to improve the efficiency of the recruiting process. You’ll help develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring we have a pool of qualified candidates.
Basic Qualifications:
- Stay up to date on remote hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations for distributed teams.
- Balance empathy and efficiency—you're not just filling seats, you're building teams that thrive remotely.
- Ultimately, help great people find their place in great teams—no matter where they are in the world.
- Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions optimized for SEO and tailored to remote job platforms (e.g., We Work Remotely, Remote OK).
- Assist with reference checks, offer letters, and pre-boarding communication to ensure a confident and professional handoff.
Preferred:
- Willing to give and receive feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Can help build talent pools and proactively reach out to passive candidates.
- Able to maintain accurate records, notes, and candidate status updates within ATS.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
- Organized with structured pipelines, sourcing strategies, and follow-up cadences.

You’ll provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, sharing insights and suggestions for process improvement.
