We’re searching for a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s ready to turn curiosity into impact. You don’t need years of experience — just a strong foundation in data analysis, a sharp eye for patterns, and a willingness to keep learning. You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should feel comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally have some experience with SQL or data visualization tools. You’re familiar with the basics: spreadsheets, SQL queries, and maybe a bit of Python or R, but more importantly, you love learning and improving your skills every day. Whether you're pulling metrics from a database or organizing survey results into actionable takeaways, your work will help teams move faster and smarter. You’ll work closely with senior analysts and managers who will mentor you, but you’ll also be trusted to take initiative and follow through on your own.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and usability for analysis.
• Be flexible—sometimes the task is pulling numbers, sometimes it’s spotting a trend, sometimes it's just cleaning a messy sheet.
• Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned data tasks or mini-projects.
• Work independently but communicate often—remote means over-communicating is a strength, not a weakness.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow internal privacy/security protocols at all times.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for organizing and analyzing data.
• Enjoys solving real-world problems by turning data into insights and action.
• Keeps up with trends in BI tools, data automation, and industry use cases.
• Pays close attention to details and double-checks their work before submitting.
• Curious about how businesses make data-driven decisions and improve efficiency.
