Description:

We’re seeking an IT Support Technician who’s equal parts tech-savvy and people-friendly. You’ll serve as the first responder to internal tech issues, solving problems before they become blockers. You know that a reboot solves a lot — but not everything — and you’re ready for the rest. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user account issues across the organization. Whether it’s hardware hiccups or software quirks, you know how to keep cool and find solutions. You’ll keep track of issues using a help desk system and always follow up to ensure nothing gets missed. Onboarding new teammates? You’ll make sure they’re fully equipped and ready on day one. No two days are the same — and that’s exactly what keeps you engaged.

Basic Qualifications:

• Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices—both Windows and macOS environments.
• Maintain a helpful, professional, and solution-oriented attitude—you're often the first impression of the IT team.
• Train users on new tools or systems, either through quick demos, walkthroughs, or written guides.
• Ultimately, keep people productive by solving their tech problems quickly and reliably—because when IT works, everything works.
• Respond to service desk tickets using ITSM tools like Jira, Freshservice, or Zendesk—tracking progress and communicating clearly with users.

Preferred:

• Understands how to reset passwords, manage user accounts, and configure email clients.
• Experience providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, or mobile devices.
• Knows how to identify recurring issues and report trends to help improve IT systems.
• Open to working in environments that support hybrid or remote users across time zones.
• Can assist in maintaining inventory, updating IT logs, and organizing documentation.
