We’re looking for a reliable and efficient Online Job Application Assistant to help clients navigate the job application process. You’ll be responsible for identifying relevant job openings, tailoring resumes, and ensuring every application is perfectly customized. You’ll assist in crafting tailored resumes and cover letters that stand out and match each job description perfectly. You’ll track job applications, set reminders for follow-up actions, and ensure deadlines are met. You’ll keep records of all job applications and track responses, ensuring that clients stay organized and focused.
Basic Qualifications:
- Research companies before applying, helping clients understand the culture, values, and recent news to tailor outreach.
- Help clients avoid burnout by focusing on quality over quantity, setting achievable application targets.
- Make applications feel human—not robotic—by balancing structure with a touch of personality.
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles or portfolios when needed, ensuring alignment with the application strategy.
- Stay familiar with ATS-friendly formatting and help ensure resumes make it past screening bots.
Preferred:

- Able to adjust tone and messaging for different industries, roles, or seniority levels.
