Description:

We’re hiring a creative and enthusiastic Community Manager to help grow, engage, and support our online community. You’ll be responsible for engaging with our community across social media platforms, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful conversations. You’ll manage community platforms, create compelling content, and engage with followers to ensure they feel valued and heard. You’ll manage and curate content that aligns with community interests, ensuring it resonates with the audience and sparks conversation. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align community efforts with broader brand initiatives and campaigns. You’ll help resolve any issues or conflicts within the community, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere. You’ll collaborate with influencers and partners to increase brand visibility and engage with a larger audience. You’ll monitor community conversations, ensuring that the brand’s voice remains consistent and on-message across all platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Keep documentation updated on roles, processes, and tools so the community can grow without chaos.
  • Balance being a leader, listener, and learner—great community management is part strategy, part service.
  • Above all, nurture a space where people connect, grow, and keep coming back—not because they have to, but because they want to.
  • Monitor discussions to ensure they stay respectful, on-topic, and aligned with community guidelines—stepping in calmly when moderation is needed.
  • Be available for real-time engagement during key moments—launches, crises, or celebrations.

Preferred:

  • Wants to grow into roles like Head of Community, Engagement Strategist, or Community Experience Lead.
  • Understands how to moderate discussions, enforce rules, and handle conflict respectfully.
  • Experience managing online communities on platforms like Discord, Facebook Groups, Slack, or forums.
  • Interested in user advocacy and acting as a voice between community and company.
  • Comfortable engaging with members daily and encouraging participation without being pushy.

You’ll work with the customer support team to address any service-related issues within the community, ensuring satisfaction. You’ll report on community growth, engagement metrics, and feedback, suggesting improvements for future strategies. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while driving community growth and engagement.
