Description:

We’re hiring a talented and creative Video Editor to join our remote team and produce high-impact videos for various platforms. You’ll be responsible for editing footage, creating dynamic video sequences, and adding special effects to enhance the viewer experience. You’ll collaborate with the content team to develop ideas and implement creative strategies to meet business and marketing objectives. You’ll work on a wide range of video projects, including promotional content, brand storytelling, and social media videos. You’ll ensure all videos are properly color corrected, audio is clear, and the final product meets professional standards. You’ll create content for social media channels, websites, email campaigns, and promotional videos that resonate with our target audience. You’ll collaborate with other creatives to brainstorm and execute new video concepts and ideas that resonate with viewers. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple video projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver on time, communicate clearly, and own your workflow independently in a remote setting.
• Make every frame count—editing is invisible when it’s great, and unforgettable when it’s brilliant.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, or clients remotely to understand project goals and deliver on time.
• Label timelines, sequences, and assets clearly so projects are easy to hand off or revisit.
• Keep backup files and export presets handy so work isn’t lost and render time is efficient.

• Enjoys telling stories through visuals and crafting emotionally resonant edits.
• Understands pacing, storytelling, and transitions to keep viewers engaged.
• Values clarity, emotion, and creativity in every frame.
• Can follow brand guidelines and adapt editing style to fit tone and audience.
• Able to work with motion graphics, templates, or basic animation (e.g., After Effects).
