Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Motion Designer to join our team and produce stunning animations for various projects. You’ll be responsible for designing and animating graphics for videos, advertisements, social media, and web content. You’ll work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure animations are aligned with brand identity and creative goals. You’ll bring ideas to life using tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D, creating visually striking animations. You’ll use tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Cinema 4D to bring ideas to life with smooth transitions, effects, and 3D elements. You’ll experiment with different animation styles and techniques, constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation. You’ll contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and new ideas for animation techniques and styles. You’ll work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all animations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure animations are optimized for platform-specific specs and don’t impact page speed or playback quality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to animate product flows, app interactions, or onboarding screens for better user experience.
• Revise animations based on stakeholder feedback—refining timing, easing, and visual rhythm for polish and clarity.
• Use tools like After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender, or Figma to craft smooth, high-quality animations.
• Assist with animated content for product launches, webinars, ads, and social campaigns.

Preferred:

• Values clarity, emotion, and purpose in every frame of motion work.
• Can animate logos, icons, lower thirds, and explainer-style content.
• Experience creating assets for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Comfortable working from scripts, audio tracks, or existing branding guidelines.
• Comfortable working with vector graphics, 2D assets, and layered compositions.

You’ll help maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring that files are correctly labeled and easy to access for the team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining organized project files, ensuring all assets are readily available for the team. You’ll manage project files and deliver completed animations on time and within project specifications. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to creative projects across various media.
