We’re searching for a Dental Assistant who understands that behind every smile is a person who deserves care and comfort. You’ll be the calm in the storm when someone walks in panicking about their first root canal. You’ll prep rooms, set up trays, and anticipate the dentist’s needs like a well-rehearsed teammate. You’ll assist the dentist with focus and flow — no awkward pauses, no dropped instruments. You’ll keep everything clean, organized, and ready — because great dentistry starts with great preparation. You’ll monitor patient comfort, hand off instruments, and keep things flowing smoothly during every procedure. Your attention to detail means no tool is out of place and no note is missed in the chart. You’ll be responsible for infection control and patient safety — and you take both seriously. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a complex procedure, you’ll support the process with confidence and care.

Basic Qualifications:

• Welcome patients, confirm appointment details, and help ease anxiety by creating a calm, friendly environment in the clinic.
• Provide post-operative instructions and educate patients on oral hygiene, procedure aftercare, or follow-up appointments.
• Maintain patient records by recording treatment information, vitals, and updates accurately in the dental practice software.
• Support pediatric or special needs patients with extra care and attention during exams or procedures.
• Stay updated with CPR certification, dental assistant training, and continuing education to maintain licensure and improve skills.

Preferred:

• Excited to support both clinical excellence and a positive patient experience.
• Open to learning new technologies like intraoral scanners or digital charting systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced practice with multiple patients and priorities.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment focused on quality care and organization.
• Background or training in dental assisting, health sciences, or a certified program.
