We’re offering an Actuary Trainee position for someone who wants to turn data into smart, future-focused decisions — no experience needed, just a strong foundation in math and a drive to learn. You’ll assist in developing financial models that help estimate uncertainty and support smarter decision-making. We’ll teach you how to work with data sets, clean messy inputs, and extract meaningful insights for actuarial use. Basic Qualifications:

• Break down large problems into smaller pieces, testing assumptions and dependencies carefully.
• Communicate uncertainty, confidence intervals, and model limitations honestly and effectively.
• Perform scenario testing to evaluate the impact of events like inflation spikes, market crashes, or demographic shifts.
• Analyze risk using statistical models, historical data, and economic trends to support business decisions.
