Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll oversee the journey of our products from point A to point B with minimal friction. You’ll collaborate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and prevent delays. You’ll work closely with transportation providers to organize shipping schedules and track deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll assist with warehouse operations, ensuring goods are stored properly and easy to access for efficient order fulfillment. You thrive under pressure and handle last-minute changes with a calm, solutions-first mindset. You’ll oversee the logistics documentation, including customs forms, shipment tracking, and invoices, ensuring everything is properly filed. You’ll keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine — even when challenges arise. You’ll manage logistics documentation, including customs paperwork, import/export declarations, and delivery receipts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain records of shipping data, delivery confirmations, and carrier performance for analysis and auditing.
• Stay in contact with carriers or warehouse personnel to proactively address traffic delays, labor shortages, or weather-related disruptions.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports on delivery performance, shipping costs, and supply chain KPIs.
• Keep digital files organized, backup records secure, and processes well-documented for training and handoffs.
• Coordinate the movement of goods, materials, or shipments across local, regional, or international routes—ensuring timely delivery and compliance.

Preferred:

• Can suggest process improvements to reduce delays, errors, or inefficiencies in fulfillment.
• Wants to grow into roles like Supply Chain Analyst, Operations Manager, or Fulfillment Lead.
• Understands the basics of supply chain processes including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Values organization, communication, and reliability in operational roles.
• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
