Description:
Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and become the reliable backbone of daily operations. You’ll manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Answering emails, organizing files, and supporting team logistics will be part of your everyday workflow. You’ll support executives and team members with daily tasks and special projects alike. Basic Qualifications:
- Support internal operations by ordering office supplies, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining vendor contact lists.
- Work closely with HR, IT, or Operations to support cross-functional administrative needs.
- Ultimately, keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so the team can stay focused on what they do best.
- Process invoices, reimbursements, or purchase orders in coordination with the finance or procurement teams.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documentation, setting up accounts, and scheduling orientation meetings.
Preferred:
- Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple administrative tasks.
- Pays close attention to detail when proofreading, formatting, and organizing files.
- Able to draft emails, prepare documents, and support internal communication.
- Understands how to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Willing to manage internal documentation and keep SOPs updated.
