Description:

We’re looking for Construction Worker Trainees to join our interior and exterior finishing crew — no experience required, just a careful hand, good attitude, and willingness to learn every day. Join us as a Construction Worker Trainee and we’ll help you learn from zero. You’ll start with the basics: how to mix plaster, carry tile, prep walls, mask windows, and clean up like a professional. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced crew leads who will show you how things are really built — not just in theory, but with your hands. You’ll help lay tile, float walls, apply primer, cut corners (with tape, not attitude), and understand how small errors lead to big rework. You’ll learn how to use tools correctly — from shovels and saws to drills, levels, and laser lines — always with supervision and support. You’ll develop strength, endurance, and confidence as you get into the rhythm of physical labor. You’ll be part of a crew that values respect over experience — if you listen, try, and care about the work, you’ll earn your place quickly. You’ll be expected to ask questions, take direction, and never pretend to know something when you don’t — that’s how real pros grow.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow all safety protocols—wearing PPE (hard hats, gloves, boots, goggles) and reporting hazards or incidents immediately.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks and distribute them to appropriate areas on the site.
• Assist with excavation, pouring foundations, framing, roofing, or paving work depending on the phase of construction.
• Support traffic control or pedestrian redirection on public-facing construction projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment—cleaning, storing, and checking them for damage after each use.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Skilled Laborer, Site Foreman, or General Contractor.
• Knows how to operate basic site equipment like wheelbarrows, ladders, or scaffolding.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• Willing to attend safety briefings, training sessions, or tool demos when required.
• Understands basic construction processes such as framing, pouring concrete, or demolition.
