Description:

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team and optimize our website’s performance on search engines. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that align with business objectives and increase online visibility. You’ll conduct keyword research and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities and optimize website content. You’ll optimize on-page elements, such as content, meta tags, images, and headers, ensuring they are fully aligned with SEO best practices. You’ll analyze website analytics to monitor performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven solutions. You’ll monitor and track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, making adjustments to improve results. You’ll perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO audits. You’ll perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance, including page speed and mobile optimization. You’ll stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO tactics to continuously improve performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support international or local SEO strategies through hreflang tags, location pages, and multilingual content planning.
• Work with developers to ensure mobile responsiveness, page speed, and Core Web Vitals are prioritized in site performance.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and user behavior via Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO reporting tools.
• Be detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture: rankings are good, but conversions are better.
• Adapt strategies based on results—what worked last year might not work next quarter.

Preferred:

• Knows how to collaborate with writers, developers, and marketers to implement SEO best practices.
• Familiar with technical SEO basics including site speed, crawlability, and mobile-friendliness.
• Comfortable managing SEO roadmaps and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Can audit and improve site architecture for both users and search engines.
• Pays attention to URL structure, image optimization, and accessibility standards.
