Description:

We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our online store. You’ll assist in managing product listings, ensuring they are up-to-date with accurate details, images, and pricing. You’ll assist in order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to delivery or returns. You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and properly labeled for customers to purchase. You’ll support the marketing team in implementing online promotions, sales events, and product launch campaigns. You’ll handle customer service inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to resolve any issues or concerns. You’ll monitor the performance of product pages and optimize them for better visibility and higher conversion rates. You’ll manage and update product categories, keeping the online store organized and easy to navigate for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to support email campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Contribute ideas to improve store layout, product presentation, or user experience.
• Assist with international store variations (local pricing, translations, shipping rules) if applicable.
• Balance accuracy and speed when updating listings—details matter, but ecommerce moves fast.
• Help test new store features or product pages to confirm functionality before launch.

Preferred:

• Can track and report metrics such as sales, abandoned carts, or traffic using Google Analytics or platform dashboards.
• Understands basic e-commerce operations including inventory updates, shipping settings, and product tagging.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, organized, and detail-driven remote environment.
• Capable of working remotely and communicating clearly with team members and vendors.
• Comfortable scheduling newsletters, sales, or social content in coordination with marketing teams.
