Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker to support our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center — perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-friendly, and ready to keep up with high-volume online orders. You’ll be responsible for picking, scanning, and packing items from a digital picklist using handheld devices and smart carts. You’ll help prep the floor for the next day’s shipments, making sure everything is sorted, staged, and clearly labeled. You’ll be trained to read zone maps, interpret routing labels, and follow conveyor workflows that direct parcels efficiently. You’ll be responsible for keeping aisles clear, shelves stocked, and the entire work area neat, clean, and hazard-free. You’ll scan each item into the system at every step to maintain tracking integrity and ensure 100% accuracy. You’ll be expected to lift, slide, and stack packages of varying sizes — from envelopes to oversized boxes. You’ll work under time pressure during peak hours, especially early mornings, evenings, or holiday rushes. You’ll rotate between receiving, packing, labeling, and staging depending on shift needs and volume.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow specific handling instructions for temperature-sensitive or regulated items.
• Work closely with shipping and receiving teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Lift, carry, and stack items of various weights—sometimes for extended periods.
• Take pride in keeping the warehouse efficient, organized, and running like clockwork.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles according to schedules and procedures.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working in cold storage, hot environments, or standing/walking for long durations.
• Experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution facility with a focus on inventory movement and order fulfillment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting packing, picking, or shipping quotas.
• Able to follow standard operating procedures, complete assigned tasks on time, and contribute to warehouse productivity goals.
• Background or interest in logistics, inventory, operations, or warehouse management systems.
