Description:

We’re hiring a Music Producer who can shape raw emotion into powerful sound — someone who understands groove, structure, and how to guide an artist toward their most honest and compelling work. You’ll work closely with artists, writers, and engineers to shape the sonic direction of songs, EPs, or full albums. You’ll guide artists, clients, and creative teams through the production process — from sketch ideas to polished delivery. We expect you to work across genres and tempos — whether it’s stripped-down acoustic or layered electronic textures — with equal clarity and taste. We expect you to adapt quickly between genres, moods, and creative goals without losing your ear or identity. You’ll work across genres, tempos, and moods — from intimate ballads to high-energy anthems — with authenticity and craft. You’ll be the bridge between creative energy and polished output, ensuring every detail feels intentional and emotionally true. You’ll balance creativity with technical know-how — exporting, compressing, and preparing assets for every use case, from Dolby Atmos to TikTok. You’ll be involved in post-production decisions like mix notes, arrangement tweaks, and mastering revisions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bring creative energy to every project, while respecting the artist’s voice and vision.
• Love the process—your ears, taste, and leadership shape how the world hears music.
• Build and maintain sample libraries, presets, and custom templates for efficiency.
• Make key decisions on structure, tempo, harmonies, and overall vibe during production.
• Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and musicians to shape the sound and feel of each track.

Preferred:

• Able to guide artists in vocal performance, harmonies, and lyric delivery during recording sessions.
• Familiar with vocal editing, tuning (e.g., Melodyne, Auto-Tune), and aligning timing for a polished result.
• Able to collaborate with vocalists, instrumentalists, or songwriters to shape the creative direction of a track.
• Open to working on commissioned projects, sync briefs, or content for ads, games, and film.
• Able to manage project deadlines and creatively solve technical or artistic challenges on the fly.

You’ll also work with A&R teams, vocal producers, and labels to ensure tracks hit the mark creatively and strategically. You should be fluent in multiple DAWs, comfortable with MIDI and live audio workflows, and always curious about new tools. You should be fluent in your DAW of choice (Logic, Ableton, Pro Tools, etc. ), and confident working across genres when needed. We’re looking for someone who lives in the mix — who loves the process, not just the outcome. By the end of a project, your presence will be felt in every layer — not just the beat.
