Join our team as a Security System Installer Trainee — no experience required, just a willingness to learn and a drive to work hands-on in the field. You’ll help install systems that protect people’s homes, businesses, and peace of mind — quietly, carefully, and thoroughly. You’ll start by assisting on real installations: unboxing smart devices, organizing cables, and prepping work areas. You’ll assist experienced technicians on real job sites — homes, offices, shops — learning how systems are set up in different environments. We’ll train you to handle sensors, cameras, control panels, and backup systems that silently stand guard 24/7. You’ll be shown how to mount devices, connect control panels, and test systems for reliability and accuracy. Expect to use drills, testers, crimping tools, cable fishers, and mobile tablets as part of your daily work. You’ll be part of real-world installs in homes, stores, and offices, seeing how we turn plans into protection. We’ll show you how to set up alarms, test emergency alerts, and confirm every zone works exactly as planned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow all local electrical and safety codes during installations.
• Climb ladders, drill holes, and mount equipment neatly and safely.
• Ensure every system is installed to prevent blind spots or weak points.
• Stay current with the latest tech in home and commercial security systems.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and make quick adjustments as needed.

Preferred:

• Understands basic electrical wiring, low-voltage circuits, and safe handling of tools and equipment.
• Communicates clearly with customers and team leads regarding timelines, service options, or technical issues.
• Values precision, reliability, and trust in providing systems that protect homes and businesses.
• Understands data privacy concerns and ensures client systems are installed securely and ethically.
