Description:

We’re looking for an organized and driven Junior Project Manager to join our team and help drive projects to successful completion. You’ll help coordinate and communicate between various teams, ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and within scope. You’ll help coordinate team efforts, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards shared project goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll manage project documentation, ensuring that all materials, reports, and plans are properly maintained and accessible to the team. You’ll track project performance, helping to monitor key metrics and report on progress to stakeholders. You’ll assist in managing project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality. You’ll help manage project risks by proactively identifying potential issues and helping to implement mitigation strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track project budgets, hours, or costs when needed—making sure work stays within scope and timeframes.
• Monitor task progress, flag blockers, and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met without surprises.
• Support senior project managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects from kickoff to delivery across teams and timelines.
• Help onboard new team members by sharing project context, documentation, and access to necessary tools.
• Stay flexible and ready to jump in wherever needed—whether it’s helping revise a deck or sending a last-minute client update.

Preferred:

• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external clients.
• Eager to take initiative and solve logistical or coordination issues quickly.
• Willing to learn about agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Values structure, ownership, and clear communication across all stages of a project.
• Experience working with documentation tools like Google Docs, Notion, or Confluence.

You’ll stay organized and ensure all project-related information is stored and easily accessible for the team.
