Description:

We’re hiring a Factory Operator to join our production team — someone reliable, mechanically minded, and focused on keeping manufacturing lines running smoothly and safely. You’ll operate machinery in accordance with daily production plans, adjusting settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for loading raw ingredients, monitoring batching systems, and ensuring proper portion control. You’ll monitor gauges, temperatures, and pressure indicators to ensure operations stay within safety tolerances. You’ll follow strict hygiene protocols — washing hands regularly, wearing PPE, and avoiding contamination at all times. You’ll be trained to read technical drawings and measure output precisely using calipers, micrometers, or laser tools. You’ll inspect finished parts for surface quality, structural integrity, and adherence to specifications. You’ll rotate between production, inspection, and packing stations depending on line needs and staffing. You’ll log batch numbers, times, and quantities for traceability and quality control records.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Adjust machine settings based on material type, speed, or product specifications.
  • Follow daily production schedules and meet output targets without compromising quality.
  • Stay organized and detail-oriented to prevent errors or waste during operation.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in production orders, product types, or equipment adjustments.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and maintenance teams about equipment problems.

Preferred:

  • Open to learning how to operate new machines, follow new product specs, or apply lean manufacturing principles.
  • Able to work in shifts including nights, weekends, or rotating schedules depending on production demands.
  • Familiar with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipping or storage.
  • Enjoys working with machines, solving production problems, and contributing to team goals.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, task-oriented settings where precision and output go hand in hand.

Benefits:

  • Clear performance expectations — you’ll know exactly what’s expected of you and how to succeed.
  • Job security — manufacturing is an essential industry, offering long-term employment prospects.
  • Access to mental health resources — we support your emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Paid training and development — we provide the tools and support for you to become more skilled and advance your career.
  • A hands-on job with real impact — you’ll see the results of your work every day as products are made and shipped.

You’ll assist with quick changeovers for different product runs, cleaning parts and inputting new specs where required. You’ll stay alert to temperature, weight, and time targets to ensure food quality and freshness. You’ll rotate through different stations or machines as assigned to support cross-training and workflow flexibility. You’ll participate in daily briefings, safety reviews, and ongoing operator training sessions. You’ll contribute ideas for process improvement and equipment optimization during team meetings or audits. You’ll be expected to stand, move, and focus for long shifts — often around moving parts and loud environments. Prior experience in factory operations is preferred, along with comfort using touchscreens, control panels, or simple diagnostic tools. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, routine, and being part of something built every day. If you're ready to keep production moving, meet goals, and support your team, we’re ready to have you on the floor.
