Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient Remote Personal Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our team. You’ll manage and coordinate daily schedules, making sure meetings, appointments, and tasks are organized and on time. You’ll handle emails, prioritize communication, and keep track of important tasks and deadlines. You’ll be responsible for organizing travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodations, and providing clear itineraries for smooth trips. You’ll also help with data entry, file management, and document organization to keep things running smoothly. You’ll organize and maintain important documents, contracts, and files, making sure everything is easily accessible when needed. You’ll help with creating reports, presentations, and other materials, ensuring all content is accurate and professionally formatted. You’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the company. You’ll assist with document management, filing, and keeping information organized and accessible for everyone.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Support small team coordination if needed—sending reminders, checking schedules, or confirming logistics.
  • Help with occasional errands that can be done online, from gift ordering to chasing down support tickets.
  • Adapt to the communication style and preferences of the person you’re assisting—some want details, others want summaries.
  • Speak up with ideas for better workflows or time management—you’re a partner, not just a task robot.
  • Above all: protect your client’s time, reduce their stress, and make their life easier every day.

Preferred:

  • Experience booking travel, managing expenses, or coordinating logistics remotely.
  • Can take vague instructions and turn them into actionable steps or tasks.
  • Comfortable reminding or following up on deadlines and keeping things on track.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new productivity apps or systems quickly.
  • Values structure, clarity, and helping others succeed behind the scenes.
