We’re hiring an HR Specialist (Recruiter) Trainee who’s passionate about people, curious about what makes a great team, and ready to learn the mechanics of smart hiring — no experience needed, just motivation and a people-first mindset. No experience needed — just strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn how hiring really works. We’ll teach you how to screen resumes, identify red flags, and spot transferable skills that others might miss. You’ll help schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to final offer. Expect to take part in candidate communication — from first contact to final offer — ensuring a smooth experience throughout. You’ll get familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and databases used to manage recruiting workflows. You’ll help draft outreach messages, follow-up emails, and internal hiring updates with clarity and professionalism. You’ll assist with hiring metrics like time-to-fill and candidate response rates — and learn how to interpret them. We’ll guide you through creating great candidate experiences, even when you’re sending a rejection.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep an eye on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Balance multiple open roles while staying organized and communicative.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, or creative outreach.
• Build talent pipelines for frequently hired or hard-to-fill roles in advance.
• Help shape a hiring culture that values people over paperwork.

Preferred:

• Willing to support internal HR initiatives such as employer branding or onboarding programs.
• Comfortable screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and evaluating candidate fit.
• Understands how to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
• Pays attention to cultural fit, soft skills, and growth potential during evaluation.
• Able to promote inclusive hiring practices and reach diverse candidate pools.
