We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s excited about turning messy datasets into meaningful insights and loves asking, “What does this really tell us? You don’t need years of experience — just a strong foundation in data analysis, a sharp eye for patterns, and a willingness to keep learning. Whether it’s customer behavior, product usage, or campaign performance, you’ll dig into the data to find answers — and ask better questions. You’ll help build dashboards, generate reports, and spot trends that others might miss, making complex data more accessible to non-technical teammates. Whether it’s helping marketing understand campaign performance or helping product teams uncover user patterns, you’ll play a part in shaping strategy with every chart and query. You’ll work closely with senior analysts and managers who will mentor you, but you’ll also be trusted to take initiative and follow through on your own.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and usability for analysis.
• Support ad hoc requests from different departments and learn how to prioritize under shifting demands.
• Be flexible—sometimes the task is pulling numbers, sometimes it’s spotting a trend, sometimes it's just cleaning a messy sheet.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, or operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow internal privacy/security protocols at all times.

Preferred:

• Currently studying or has background in statistics, economics, computer science, or related fields.
• Understands the importance of data accuracy, integrity, and privacy.
• Interested in growing into roles like Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely using tools like Slack, Notion, or Trello.
• Interested in learning more about data tools like Python, R, or Google Analytics.
