Description:

We’re hiring a skilled SEO Specialist to help drive organic growth and improve search engine visibility for our brand. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic to the website. You’ll conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and create content that targets the right audience. You’ll work on-site SEO, optimizing content, meta tags, header tags, and internal linking to improve search engine rankings. You’ll analyze website analytics to monitor performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven solutions. You’ll manage off-page SEO, including link-building strategies and collaborations with external sites to boost domain authority. You’ll perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO audits. You’ll collaborate with the content team to ensure that all written content is SEO-optimized, targeting high-converting keywords. You’ll track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, reporting key metrics and progress to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support YouTube or e-commerce SEO when relevant—optimizing product pages, descriptions, or video metadata.
• Audit websites regularly to identify technical issues (broken links, duplicate content, slow loading) and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Implement schema markup (structured data) to enhance rich snippets and improve search visibility.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies through guest posts, outreach, directories, and digital PR efforts.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO trends to ensure strategies stay effective and compliant with Google’s guidelines.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to URL structure, image optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Familiar with backlink strategies, outreach tactics, and ethical link building practices.
• Comfortable managing SEO roadmaps and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Enjoys testing and iterating on strategies to boost visibility and user engagement.
• Able to perform SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve rankings.
