Description:

We’re looking for a talented Figma Designer to join our team and craft beautiful, functional, and user-centered designs. You’ll be responsible for creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to create visually compelling designs. You’ll ensure that all designs are user-friendly, consistent, and aligned with the project’s objectives and user needs. You’ll create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows for client presentations or user testing. You’ll manage and organize Figma files, ensuring that they are easily accessible and well-documented for collaboration across teams. You’ll iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and user testing, ensuring continuous improvement in design quality. You’ll create visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces while keeping accessibility and usability at the forefront.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance speed and polish—knowing when a quick wireframe is enough and when it's time to go pixel-perfect.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability insights—making improvements without compromising consistency.
• Collaborate asynchronously via Figma comments, Loom videos, Notion docs, or Slack updates—especially in remote teams.
• Set up interactive prototypes to demonstrate animations, transitions, and logic flows between screens for stakeholder presentations.
• Use Figma features like variants, interactive components, and constraints to build scalable, responsive designs.

Preferred:

• Thrives in a collaborative, feedback-rich, and detail-oriented creative environment.
• Organized with design deliverables, file cleanliness, and consistent naming conventions.
• Understands layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy within Figma components.
• Knows how to follow and contribute to brand guidelines or design systems.
• Background or interest in product design, UX/UI, digital branding, or web design.
