Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and design beautiful, user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs that meet user needs and enhance usability. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into interactive, intuitive designs. You’ll conduct user research, create personas, and design user flows to inform the design process. You’ll conduct user research to understand pain points, needs, and goals, using these insights to inform your design decisions. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and optimize the user experience. You’ll follow design best practices and stay current with the latest trends in UX/UI design to keep our products competitive and user-friendly. You’ll ensure that designs are fully responsive, ensuring a smooth experience across various devices and screen sizes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Present design ideas and rationale confidently in design reviews or stakeholder syncs.
• Support multiple projects at once while maintaining design integrity, deadlines, and internal standards.
• Understand basic frontend principles (HTML/CSS constraints, component logic) to create dev-friendly UIs.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile apps, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistent cross-platform branding.

Preferred:

• Open to participating in team rituals like design critiques, sprints, and reviews.
• Wants to grow into roles like Product Designer, UX Researcher, or Design Lead.
• Capable of building interactive prototypes to demonstrate key product flows.
• Comfortable balancing creativity with product constraints and technical feasibility.
• Organized with design file naming, version control, and clear handoffs to developers.
