Description:

We’re looking for a Sports Coach who understands that every athlete is different — someone who listens first, then tailors training to unlock personal bests through patience, structure, and motivation. You’ll create structured training programs that improve strength, agility, endurance, and decision-making under pressure. You’ll design practices that balance fun with focus, encouraging consistent improvement through repetition and play. You’ll help athletes set realistic, challenging goals — and guide them every step of the way toward achieving them. You’ll be responsible for fostering discipline, focus, and accountability in individuals and teams. You’ll create a positive, disciplined environment where effort is valued, mistakes are learning moments, and every player feels seen. You’ll manage team dynamics, handle pressure during competition, and keep everyone focused, win or lose. You’ll work with parents, school staff, and assistants to align goals and provide consistent structure. You’ll also help athletes build healthy habits — like hydration, stretching, rest, and balanced nutrition.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay current on coaching certifications, rule changes, and training methodologies.
• Inspire athletes to not only perform, but believe in what they’re capable of becoming.
• Organize travel, gear, schedules, and logistics for practices, games, and tournaments.
• Recognize when an athlete needs encouragement, discipline, or just someone to listen.
• Provide honest, constructive feedback—whether it’s for a star player or a beginner.

Preferred:

• Capable of coaching both individuals and groups, depending on the training setting.
• Organized with team rosters, attendance, equipment, and tournament or game logistics.
• Comfortable giving real-time feedback, correcting technique, and tracking progress over time.
• Able to enforce rules while maintaining a respectful and encouraging team environment.
• Background or passion in sports science, education, kinesiology, or competitive athletics.
