Description:

We’re looking for a Remote CRM Specialist who knows how to turn messy data into smooth, actionable insights. You’ll be the go-to person for managing our customer relationship management system, ensuring it's clean, organized, and up-to-date. You’ll build and manage workflows that automate tasks, improve lead tracking, and enhance customer segmentation. Your job is part architect, part analyst, and part problem-solver — and you love wearing all three hats. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and support to ensure the CRM reflects real-time customer journeys. You know the difference between a lead and a qualified opportunity — and how to guide each through the system. Accuracy and attention to detail are your superpowers — you catch errors before they become problems. You’ll also document your work and create internal guides so teams can understand and trust the data they use.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines that help sales, support, and marketing teams work smarter, not harder.
• Ensure data consistency by regularly auditing entries, merging duplicates, and flagging incomplete or suspicious records.
• Monitor user activity inside the CRM to identify training gaps or potential misuses of the system.
• Track lifecycle journeys and suggest ways to improve customer experience based on engagement data.
• Support onboarding of new team members by training them on CRM best practices, workflows, and data hygiene standards.

Preferred:

• Open to creating templates, custom fields, and automation rules to streamline processes.
• Pays close attention to detail when updating records and tracking customer interactions.
• Thrives in a remote environment and communicates proactively with distributed teams.
• Familiar with segmentation, tagging, and filtering contacts for targeted outreach.
• Can set up and optimize workflows, email sequences, and lead scoring systems.
